Our
Difference

Team & Timing

Our experienced Property Needs Inspectors and Environmental Project Managers work closely to create a smooth client experience. A quick response to additional testing, such as NEPA, HAZMAT, PHASE II, and Radon and Asbestos services, is essential to satisfy deadlines that keep your deal moving forward.

Experience

Our subject matter experts (SMEs) comprise our environmental management team. The team often finds new opportunities to create efficiencies to coincide with HUD’s platforms and other environmental programs, such as HUD HEROS. With experience in all US regions, D3G is often selected to pilot new and challenging environmental platforms.

Data & Research

As environmental initiatives become more prevalent in multifamily and affordable housing, our team remains on the cutting edge of trends and upcoming regulatory changes. Paying attention to these developments allows us to better serve our clients with records, site reconnaissance, interviews, and written reports services. With access to data from over 20,000 site assessments, we can use technical blueprints to navigate any environmental concern.

Federal Flood Risk Management Standard (FFRMS)

The impact is significant to housing as these new rules require additional flood proofing and site design alteration which ultimately adds time and expense to development or rehabilitation of any housing that receives federal subsidy.  This covers Public Housing, Section 8 properties, HUD loans, and other forms of federal housing assistance contracts. D3G helps owners, developers, and lenders evaluate properties under the new FFRMS guidelines to better understand the FFRMS floodplain and action steps required for development.  D3G’s environmental team consists of Certified Flood Plain Managers that produce flood studies and 8-step process reviews nationwide.
