After 27 years in the business, not only are we familiar with the industry, we helped build it. We have reviewed over 1,200 projects in the last decade, working side by side with a variety of organizations— Lenders, Architects, General Contractors, and Tax Credit Agencies.

Experience

On a regular basis, our team is reviewing plans for the typical garden-style walk-up multi-family property, a skilled nursing facility, or a complex conversion of a historic industrial building.   We have also completed the first Plan and Cost review for a HUD-insured Modular construction project. 

Our People

Our team of code reviewers, cost estimators, project managers, and construction analysts all come from a diverse background. They include building and code professionals (ICC Certified), cost estimators (ASPE Certified), in-house construction council, construction managers, licensed contractors, and military veterans. From this elite pool, we form a review team, fully dedicated to the individual project. These are the hard workers behind each success story.

Dedicated Project Team

Each project is assigned its own review team that will work with you from concept to closing.  Each team consists of a Project Manager, Code Reviewer, Cost Reviewer, and support staff.  We are fully dedicated to your project.
